Divergent Movie and Book Comparison Activities RL.7 - Aligned to the Common Core State Standards for grades 7-12
These activities are designed to compare the young adult dystopian novel "Divergent" by Veronica Roth with Summit Entertainment's "Divergent" movie, released in March 2014. The activities are aligned with the Common Core reading literature standard 7.
Contains 27 printable pages with numerous prompts, evaluations, and comparison charts. Students will analyze the movie's scenes, direction, cinematography, acting, props, dialogue, and setting, comparing each to the novel. Differentiated for multiple levels.
