Get students up and moving while practicing their dividing decimals computation with these 32 task cards. This resource includes 8 one-step word problems!  The dividing decimals task cards are also a great resource to use for teaching reinforcement and math centers.  These task cards can easily be an independent or partner work activity.  Students will love the opportunity to get up and move around the classroom while working on these dividing decimals task cards!  The task cards will have students practicing dividing whole numbers by decimals, decimals by whole numbers, decimals by decimals, and whole numbers by whole numbers resulting in a decimal answer.

  • Answer key 

Ways to use these task cards:

  • Laminate to use year after year
  • Cut out each individual task card and place around the room so that students get to move around the room to work
  • Have students work on their own or with a partner
  • Choose which task cards students will work on or have them do all!
  • Choose from a variety of work pages/recording sheets for students to use in order to meet your teaching needs
  • Incorporate the word problem task cards or leave out if wanting to focus just on computation 
  • Print on different color paper to add pops of color!
