This download comes with directions on how to take my interactive lesson (which is shared via a link in the directions) and share it with your students. This lesson can be shared on Google Classroom or you can share it as a link on classroom websites such as Edmodo.
The interactive lesson is on Google Slides. Students can improve computer skills while being fully engaged in the math lesson. No copies or paper needed!
The lesson contains 11 slides and many problem solving experiences.
Slide 1- Title, students put their names
Slide 2 - Match an equation to a model (4 questions)
Slide 3-4- Create a model to match the equation
Slide 5-8 Problem Solving- Students will have guided problem solving with word problems. Students will determine what type of problem it is (whole divided by fraction or fraction divided by whole), create a model and solve it. These are open ended.
Slide 9-10- Test Prep- multiple choice questions and explain your thinking.
Slide 11- Ending and how to share with your teacher
I also include another link for an answer key. This would be perfect as a partner activity, independent activity, enrichment, or review before STAAR!
