Divisibility Rocks is a 2-4 player game that allows students to practice the rules of divisibility for the numbers 2, 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10. Students are dealt 8 cards each from the given dividend cards. The first player then uses a pencil and paper clip spinner to spin a divisor. Players then search their 8 cards and discard one card that is divisible by the number spun. The game continues in this fashion until a player is the first to discard all 8 dividend cards. A game that students love to play as they practice the rules of divisibility. This game meets or exceeds the Common Core Standards of Mathematics.
