Students trace a fact, then using the same color, match the dividend, then divide this by the divisor - division plane and then color the matching quotient. Then the fun of folding can begin - full pictorial instructions are included. Once complete, your classroom will be alive with flying planes. You may like to have buckets on the ground with the quotients on them and students need to land their planes close to the target. To use this aspect of the resource, I have added question cards. One student would say a division fact from the fact family, such as 21 divided by 3 and the other students would need to land their plane in or near the landing label of 7. These question cards can be folded so that the answer is revealed or covered for differentiation.
Included in this download:
• Paper Planes: Division by 2 - 12
• Pictorial instructions to fold planes
• Product Landing Labels
• Fact Question with Answer Cards
