These timed tests each contain 100 facts and are designed to be given to students with a time limit of 3 minutes. These four timed tests should be given over a three week period. The Diagnostic test should be given before the students begin studying the facts. The Temp Check Test #1 should be given after a week of studying. Temp Check Test #2 should be given after the second week of studying. The Final timed test should be given at the end of the third week. Each test contains the following facts: 0/9 up to 0/12, 9/9 up to 108/9, 10/10 up to 120/10, 11/11 up to 132/11, and 12/12 up to 144/12. Each division fact that contains a zero appears once in the test and all other facts appear twice. The four versions of the timed test contain the same facts but the facts are arranged in a different order. When administering the test, I recommend using an online stopwatch. Students, upon finishing, may look at the amount of time that has passed on the projector screen and write down the amount of time it took them to finish the test. This allows for students to not only work on getting more facts correct in the 3 minute time period but also to decrease the amount of time it takes them to complete the test. This is particularly helpful for students that make 95 and higher as it allows for them to work on increasing their speed (fluency) of their facts. These tests can be purchased in a bundle for the 3 week period, as part of the entire set of division facts, or as part of the entire year long bundle. In addition, a year long calendar that details the time line for studying all facts, a flash card log that can be used to track student's progress and record practice time at home, as well as sets of flash cards are available for purchase.
