To Use Antonym Bingo Cards: Each student gets a blank bingo card and a half sheet of antonym pictures. He/she then picks out 16 antonym pictures to cut and glue to the bingo card. The teacher, if playing whole group, or a student, if playing in a small group, picks a card. The students then places a marker on the antonym of the picture picked. (Ex. If the picture of a full glass is picked, students who had the picture of an empty glass would place a marker on their boards.)
To Use Antonym Scoot pages: Print off picture cards for Scoot game and cut apart. Place the each set of cards at a different table in the classroom making sure each table has glue available. Give each student an Antonym Scot page. Tell each student where they should start. Have the students glue the picture at that table to the correct spot on their sheet. After a short time, the teacher says “Scoot” and the students rotate through the classroom to the next table. This continues until the students have visited all the tables.
