Welcome to the Dog Book Report. Dogs are plentiful in children’s books. In this project, students will write about a book they have read on a cute foldable dog graphic.
This worksheet will work well with 1st grade through 5th grade. Younger students may need some support, but older students will find this easy to finish in a single setting. Students will think of a book they have read and write specifics about it. Information includes title, author, illustrator, and call number along with explaining why they enjoy reading this book. After filling out the form, students can cut out and fold the cute dog graphic. It works great for displays or when you’re reading Clifford the Big Red Dog books.
