Teach colors with this dog color matching activity. The hands-on activity is the perfect pet theme activity for your preschool, pre-k, or prekinders classroom. Kids will practice color identification and many different math concepts as they match the dogs and food bowls to the correctly colored dog house. The set also includes a cover page so that you can bind it to create an interactive book. Ideas for individual and small group activities are included.

The cards can be used individually or can be bound together to create a color matching book. Hook and loop tape can be added to attach the dogs and bowls to the dog house card. Magnets can also be added so that the activity can be used on a magnetic board or cookie sheet.

This set is appropriate for preschool, kindergarten, homeschool speech therapy, occupational therapy, or special education classroom. This activity will also be a perfect addition to a thematic unit on dogs, animals, pets, pet store.
