Use with your students to keep track of how many sight words they know. I made cards for them to flip through as I check off which words they know. The ones they miss we go over ten at a time. I then mark down the days that they recognize the words with no help, and they get a check mark on the fourth day they recognize it in a row. If they miss a day they have to start over. Once ten are known we move onto the next ten. I give my students a prize for each level they complete.
