I created this resource originally to be a fun way for students to practice counting with one to one correspondence, combinations to 10, and number recognition. I have played similar games but became frustrated that they started with 0 and had parking spaces up to 12. This contradicted what I was teaching my students about 10 frames with two rows of 5. Therefore, I created this resource with the 10 frame parking lot.
This item includes the parking lot that could be printed in color and laminated for repeated use with the larger dominoes. The larger dominoes are the same size as standard dominoes. You may consider using real dominoes instead and save yourself on the prep time of cutting. This could also amp up the fun and offer a new math resource for your students to explore. If so be sure to pull out the combinations for 11 and 12 because they will not be needed. Also, I included the worksheet version and smaller dominoes that could be cut out and all glued into the parking space that matches the domino dots. I thought this worksheet could serve as a reproducible for home or school. I hope you find these useful!
