This card game can be utilized while targeting any therapeutic or academic skill. Students perform the desired task and then draw a card from the center deck. If a beach accessory card is drawn, the student keeps the card. If a splash card is drawn, the student must return all of his/her cards to the center pile. Splash cards do not return to the pile; the teacher may choose how many of the splash cards to place in the deck (up to 7 out of the 39-card deck). The objective is to have the most beach accessory cards in hand when time is called or the cards run out.
