After the success of my first reader's theater script, I decided to write another one. This one is based off of the Caldecott Award winning book "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!" by Mo Willems. The part of the pigeon is actually split into six different pigeons, so that more students have a chance to play the extremely fun part. I also added the bus driver and two children, Cheryl and Mo. (Cheryl named after the dedication of the book, Mo should be obvious). This reader's theater gives a fun opportunity for kids to read out loud and enjoy this modern classic in a whole new way. Enjoy!
