Un Puente hecho de Sal
Take you classes on virtual field trips. Follow along as Dustin and Nihill travel around Argentina and will introduce your students to new places and people. Dustin speaks Spanish just like a porteño (someone from Buenos Aires ) and his friend Nihill speaks very little Spanish. This VLOG series is a great resource because it allows your students to immerse within the language. The hear language at real speed and in an authentic manner. It is also great because it shows them how you can truly become bilingual and bicultural as is the case with Dustin. They also see how it can be fun to just go with the flow and try and you are learning a language as Nihill does.
I print this lesson double sided on 1 piece of paper.
The vocabulary of the lesson is on the front page, along with standards and link.
The lesson can be watched individually or as a class. This lesson is suitable for all levels of Spanish. Lower proficiency students will struggle and need more guidance. Upper level classes can spark great discussions around the virtual field trip accompanying Dustin and Nihill.
