PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This instructional activity offers a critical analysis of musical texts. Students read and analyze excerpts from high-interest texts (lyrics) about social justice. Student understanding is guided with the use of the Double-Entry Journal strategy. Additionally, students use reasoning skills and critical thinking to answer a variety of questions formulated on all levels of Blooms’ Taxonomy.
