PPT for double object pronouns with images to facilitate comprehension. This grammar point usually causes confusion, thus I created this ppt to assist students visually. Afterwards I have students write sentences in the target language and then replace the nouns with the object pronouns.
I use the PPT in PDF format to explain and illustrate the use of double object pronouns. Then students practice with sentences. Students play toss ball and read aloud their sentences and then ask another student to replace the nouns with the object pronouns.
As a closing activity I like to show them a You Tube video that reinforces the use of object pronouns.
I usually teach double object pronouns for two weeks and then recycle them weekly to ensure students master this grammar point.
