The teacher prepares by putting 5 maps on the floor with blue painter's tape. With the dimensions listed in the directions, this will comfortably allow 20-25 students to engage in the activity. The teacher begins by telling the first person where to stand and then calling out angle types. For example: start at your hotel and go to the alternate exterior angle from there, then corresponding and so on. After 4 moves the teacher checks to see who made it to the correct destination. It is teacher choice as to when, if, and how the team members can assist the person who is visiting the city. This activity does a great job illustrating which angles have relationships with one another and which ones do not.
