PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Double pendulums illustrate the principle of energy transfer in an amazing way! It is visually impressive to see one pendulum nearly stop completely as its energy is transferred to the other. Directions to make a double pendulum are described, as well as triple and even quadruple pendulums. The swing variations associated with a triple pendulum are described and links to videos that show the amazing wave pendulum are included. A grading rubric for the construction of the double pendulum is also provided.

Here is a link to a pendulum resource that is similar to the experiments Galileo performed!
