Dough Mats- Graphing
What is a dough mat station?
A dough mat station is an activity where students will use dough and a work mat to represent various math skills. Dough mats are perfect for any group of students who would benefit from hands-on exploration!
This set of dough mats focus on representing data in 4 ways: horizontal bar graphs, vertical bar graphs, picture graphs, and line plots! Students will choose one of the 12 data charts of information and represent the data in the chart using 4 different graphs.
All dough mats are ink friendly, printing in black and white!
Low teacher prep-- print, grab some dough, and GO! Print on heavy paper and laminate if durability is desired.
This works well as an individual, partner, or small group activity!
Many other dough mat stations are available- check them out!
