This File Folder Game can be used as a matching activity.
It can also be used to practice the vocabulary from your farm unit.
After student matches the game pieces (farm animals), you can check student’s receptive and/ or expressive language.
Be sure to vary the verbal cues that you provide, for example:
• “Cow please.”
• “Where’s the sheep?”
• “Touch cat.”
• “What animal is that?”
• “Name all the animals!”
• “Which animals have two legs?
• “Which animals have four legs?”
• “Which animal says meow? Moo? Cock-a-doodle-doo? Baaaa? ”
