You know everyone has a favorite Dr. Seuss book. Well, here is your chance to prove why your opinion is the best! Students will brainstorm five of the best Dr. Seuss books and then select one to write their opinion on why it is the best Dr. Seuss book published. They will use the rough draft guide paper to help them write their opinion writing and then finally use the provided final copy opinion writing paper for their final opinion writing.
Everyone loves Dr. Seuss books, but do students really know about the man who created these amazing books? Students will use the biography to answer research questions using the research papers that are provided about Theodore "Seuss" Geisel himself. After they have their research done, they will then complete the rough draft pages provided to form their informational paragraphs about Dr. Seuss. Finally two options are avaiable for the final copy. Final copy papers with Seuss himself on them or a Theodore "Seuss" Geisel flip book. Either way you can't go wrong publishing facts about one of the most amazing authors.
