I use the Dr. Seuss activities in stations where the students use the QR code to listen to the story on an iPad then use an activity to after.
1. Addition fish cards and fish bowl magnetic fishing game (tape a paperclip to the back and use a pretend magnetic fishing pole to go fishing and match which fishbowl it goes with according to the answer.)
2. Red fish, Blue fish sight word match game. Print the black and white fish page front to back with the sight word page. Then, make a copy on red paper and blue paper, cut out and students play sight word match.
3. 17 picture book cover QR codes for listening station
4. Ten apples up on top activity: students use the circle on the page as their face and they draw themselves. On a separate strip of 18x4 inch piece of white construction paper, students use real apples to make apple prints with paint to attach above the drawing of themselves for the apples up on top. Finally, they fill in their name and how many apples they put on top.
