Included are the key points:

that catch audience attention.

that relate to what students will defend in their speech.

Collaborative tasks are included:
In groups of 3
students exchange questions related to their peer’s opening lines to advance additional insights that may interest an audience.
Guided by individual tasks provided
, students will complete an introduction and 1 body paragraph for their rhetorical speech, much like Malala did in her UN speech.
