This drama resource is bound to bring lots of fun and laughter to your classroom.
Students focus on movement, gestures, facial expressions and voice.
A group of 4 students act out a very short movie scene (about 3-5 lines each). The Director calls out “cut” and then gives them a different style to try it in. This repeats until the group have performed in about 5 different styles.
There are 34 fun styles to choose from (eg. pirate, giggly, ballerina, cowboy, sleepy, karate).
This resource includes:
♦ 6 different scripts (clearly laid out, each on a single page)
♦ 34 style cards
♦ Teacher notes
♦ Learning intention and success criteria
♦ Template for your students to write their own script
♦ Movie camera and clapboard printables
There is the option for your students to write and perform their own scripts after using the scripts in this resource.
Plenty to keep the boys in your class engaged! (zombie, ninja, karate, tantrum, sumo …)
Inclusive roles for special needs students (eg super-shy or mute).
A great platform for your students to shine!
