This is one of the students’ favorite activities!
The students will use pantomime to demonstrate an elaborate tardy excuse. A group of students will help a late student create an elaborate, unbelievable “whopper” of a tale to serve as the excuse for being tardy to school. They do this by acting out the excuse behind the teacher’s back secretly! It is hilarious!
Students love Drama! My students ask if we can play this drama game over and over!
