This is a simple Powerpoint for a really hilarious (and AWESOME!) game we play for our improv unit called "Explain your tattoo".
Students are called up one by one (one student per slide) and are shown a picture of a really hilarious/strange/ugly/cool tattoo...they then have to pretend it's their tattoo and explain it - the placement, the subject matter, when they got it etc.
Depending on your group, I also sometimes just open it up to audience member questions about the tattoo...the questions they ASK are also fantastic and spontaneous.
You can also tweak it so one person is the tattoo artist - so two people go up at a time.
(the basic instructions are in the second slide of the PPT)
It's a really great, quick game for practicing ACCEPTANCE which is absolutely key to improv.
It can be given a quick mark, used as part of a workshop, used during the first week to warm them up...whatever! Very flexible.
Dumb is fun :)
