These are a bunch of workshop activities that I've used when I teach MIME.
It walks you through a bunch of games that you can play with them to get them to master the art of mime.
Mime takes time and practice, since it's so difficult! This gives you lots of options to try with them.
I always do this before their major assignment...they find it really helps.
Each game goes through:
-How they should sit/stand in the class for it to work best
-A step-by-step breakdown of how the activity works
-Prompts and examples
The activities include:
-Pick A Posey
-At The Movies
-Hats, Hats, Hats and more!
I've made it so it's super easy for you to understand and explain to your students.
They're all very flexible.
Also included is a list of prompts that you would use in many ways for your mime unit.
