Pie Crust: Get four 8.5” x 11” felt sheets at your local craft store. I traced a small salad plate for the bottom crust then just ½ inch strips for the lacing crust.
Filling: I used red, green, blue and orange pompoms for the filling. I placed them all in a bowl and let students use tweezers to get them out to sort. On the Recipe Cards I have certain numbers for them to count out. For the pumpkin, I had a pumpkin puree can that was filled with orange pompoms.
Oven: I was making this a center on its own so I had a plastic drawer a made to look like an oven. You can also put this in your home living center as well.
