Drawing Conclusions is a difficult skill to teach. These task cards assist students in drawing conclusions by first using picture cards and then moving onto the passage cards. There are 4 picture cards and 4 passage cards for each reading level (below, on, above). On each card you will see the level indicator. O for on level, B for below level, and A for above level. This work well for small group instruction where discussions can be held about what clues they used from the pictures or passages and what background information they used. I have included black and white versions for each set. I did not include a recording sheet due to the fact that this might be best used through discussion.
