This fun and challenging Dream House for Sale Descriptive Writing Activity for your Middle School (grade 5 and up) students is such a great way to get into the spring season (or any time of year)!
Taking on the role of a buyer, students will use descriptive writing strategies to create a paragraph that describes their Dream House. Students will identify strong vocabulary and descriptive phrases, complete a brainstorming graphic organizer, transform boring sentences into detailed descriptions, and finally, create a real estate flyer advertising their Dream House for Sale!
