This packet targets comparing and contrasting. Students will be given two cards, and they will state similarities and differences based on the turkey’s clothing. There are a total of 12 different turkeys.
For the open-ended game, students collect the clothing pieces to “dress the turkey.” Pass out an equal number of turkeys to each student in the group. Students will draw cards from the clothing cards. If a special card is drawn, students must follow the instructions on the card. The student with most “dressed turkeys” at the end of play is the winner.
