Dressed for the weather is an interactive activity that speech therapists can use in their speech teletherapy.
Students can work on learning about the different clothing items kids wear based on the weather seasons. As the student finds the correct clothing item, they can build sentences to work on noun-verb agreement and adding in color adjectives. Build more complex grammar structures while working on the clothing category vocabulary group.
Have your students answer wh- questions about what the kids are wearing. There are two slides that allow students to customize the kids' outfits to make it more interactive for the child.
Once the kids are dressed, you can talk about the places they decide to go targeting "where" questions.
