Part of the enjoyment of making this tow truck book was spending countless hours with my husband and three children bonding over tow trucks! I especially loved when the story started to form through the pictures the kids and I drew. You will notice several pieces of artwork from my children throughout the story. Whether it was a portrait of a puppy or a full page drawing of a superhero flying over a backyard, my kids’ artwork is included in this family project. I am pleased with the end result, and I’ll always cherish the conversations we had at our kitchen table developing our illustrations and the story. I hope you enjoy our family project, which highlights the life of a towman through a child's eye and also stresses the Slow Down Move Over law.
