For instance, the drug abuse problem can be playing a great role in the destruction of the lives and the potentials of the young people, who are considered to be facing various problems from the elimination of their concentration and their mental capabilities and skills. The elimination of the rates of the focus and the mental capabilities would be leading to the development of various irregular and unconscious behaviors by the young people, who suffer from the drug abuse problem (O'Neill & Klingner, 1991). It had been ensured that the drug abuse problem may hold the capabilities for the elimination of the skills and the competencies of the entire generation and the elimination of the skills of the human resources, which is considered to be essential for the entire national and social development. Throughout the various developmental studies, there had been identification for the major problems that may be causing drug abuse problem. For instance, the enhancement of the organizational capabilities for the development and the enhancement of the modernization of the nations had been formulating various factors that contributed in the elimination of the tough and strict monitoring and assessing processes to the actions and the behavers of the young people (Gazley, 2005). In addition, the rise of the rates of the poverty and the illiteracy had been causing the development of the drug abuse problem to a very high extent. This had been based on the development of different approaches for the enhancement and the development of the activities and the processes, which would be providing the wrongdoers the capability for the enrollment in various negative activities. The harms that can be witnessed from the drug abuse problem are considered the main motivators and the stimuli that derived the social activists and the different national developmental agencies to be focusing on the handling and the limiting of the drug abuse problem ensuring the limiting of the negative consequences of the problem on the society and the nation (Bukoski & Sloboda, 2003).
The development of nations depends on the development and the strength of the young people. Throughout the various barriers within the social, economic, and technological factors, the development of the young people and the enhancement of their effectiveness became one of the most critical and tough tasks. The drugs and the drugs abuse became major problems that are faced by the societies. Many efforts were exerted for the elimination of the extent of the problems (Robertson, David, & Rao, 2003). The variation of the causes of the drug abuse of the young people enhanced the difficulty of the problems’ solution. The abuse of the drugs turned to become a major social and economic problem that forced the majority of the researching centers and scholars to focus their studies for the appropriate approach that should be adopted for the elimination of this phenomenon. The abusive behavior of the young people toward the legal and the illegal drugs failed to be controlled (United Nations , 2004). The drug abusage can be considered one of the most threatening phenomena, which threaten the entire society. The studies upon the doge abusers showed that the abusers may reach a level, at which they lose their control of their behaviors and can’t be able to reformulate their lives without the drugs. For many years, it was sought that the abuse of the drugs can be limited simply by the individuals’ decision to quiet this behavior, which can be considered to be impossible (Doonan, Horgan, & Brolin, 2005). The development of the drug abusage phenomenon showed that here are different factors that influence drug abusage the capabilities of the individuals to be quitting this behavior, in terms of individual, social, and economic factors. The drug abusage can be considered to be a brain disease, which foster and direct the individuals to be using certain drugs with high dosage with the limited capabilities of the individuals to be stooping or reducing the dosage. The drug abusage may lead to changes in one’s behavior, actions, mental stabilities, and other psychological orders and systems. The breaking down of the nervous systems of the drug abusers may be caused by the drug abusage to different limited, based on the nature and the type of the drugs and the extent of the abusing behavior. There must be a high focus over the identifying of the best solution for the elimination of the drug abusage phenomenon (Gil, Tubman, & Wagner, 2009).
Illiteracy will lead to the destruction of the life on the Earth. The drug abuses are considered to be one of the main results for the illiteracy. The various studies over the phenomenon of the drug abuses restated that the enhancement of rate of the drug abusers, who are in the early years of the adulthood and the teenagers, is considered to be leading to the destruction of the entire health of the abuses (SENAH, 1995). For instance, the development of various changes with the body of the abusers will be stopped and there would be high rate of ineffectiveness with the conduction of the daily activities and the processes. The drugs abuse had been based on various reasons and had been leading to huge threats (NSDUH, 2014).
