PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In this lab, students calculate the average speed of a falling object. Students can also use the data to create a distance vs. time graph and observe the upward trend of the data (an indication of acceleration). Supplies needed are 2 metersticks, a tennis ball (or similar), and a stopwatch.
