This activity is an engaging student problem based method of learning. Students should be placed in groups of four and each group should be chosen accordingly based on ability. Documents 1 and 4 are more challenging than Documents 2 and 3. After each document is read and understood students should be given time to meet with other "experts" in class who have their documents. All of those that read document 1 should meet, and so forth Then they should all return to their original groups to share each others work and knowledge to put the pieces of the puzzle together.
