Product Description
This bundle includes the following eight Easter worksheets:

*INTERNET SCAVENGER HUNT

The worksheet provides websites to visit, where students must read through the text in order to find the answers. The students will then write down the answers on the lines, and will figure out the code. Once they've answered all ten questions, they'll be able to figure out the final question at the bottom of the page.

*FACT OR OPINION

Students must read the sentences and decide if each one is a fact or an opinion. Once they have labeled each sentence, they will be able to figure out the missing word at the bottom of the page.

*FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE

Students must read the sentences and decide which type of figurative language is being used.

They must choose from the following:

- simile
- metaphor
- personification
- alliteration
- hyperbole
- imagery
- onomatopoeia

The last two lines are for students to write their own examples of figurative language.

*AUTHOR'S PURPOSE

Students must read descriptions of text and decide what the author's purpose is:

- to inform
- to entertain
- to persuade
- to reflect

At the bottom of the page, there is a section in which they must choose one of the description and write a paragraph based on that author's purpose.

*ADJECTIVES & ADVERBS

For the first 10 sentences, students must underline the adjectives and circle the adverbs. For the next 5 sentences, students must rewrite each sentence, adding adjectives and adverbs.

*PRONOUNS & ANTECEDENTS

Students must read 10 sentences, then underline the pronoun and circle the antecedent. At the bottom of the page, they must write 5 sentences using the pronouns and antecedents provided.

*HOMOPHONES

Students must read 10 sentences and circle the correct homophone that belongs in each one. When they have finished, they will be able to figure out the answer to the final question at the bottom of the page.

The following homophones are featured:

they're/their/there
you're/your
it's/its
to/too/two
no/know

*COMMONLY CONFUSED WORDS

Students must read 10 sentences and choose which word fits correctly. The following words are featured:

accept/except
than/then
all ready/already
leave/let

Once they have circled the words correctly, they will be able to decode the answer to the final question at the bottom of the page.
