Description
This is a quick survey that can be done at the start of the school year in Spanish class or given as the first homework assignment at the start of the year. The survey is provided as a PDF, Editable Google Doc TM and an Editable Google Form TM.
The survey consists of 20 editable questions that you can customize for your unique classes each year.
This helps me to get to know my students, their interests, and their home life. It gives students a chance to consider what we will cover this year, and also to reflect on what learning strategies work for them.
