Use this easy-to-read PROGRESS REPORT ~TEMPLATE~ to inform parents about how their child is doing in school. Can be used mid-marking period, even before Report Cards and IEP Progress Reports go out (that's what I do!) just to give parents a "heads up" for what's to come.
Some suggestions for use:
*Printing and filling out manually, placing an X or a check mark next to the description that best matches how the student is performing. Writing in teacher comments. Adding some of your own notes in the blank areas if necessary.
*Editing digitally and highlighting the description that best matches how the student is performing. Typing teacher comments on the lines (this way saves so much time!)
