This item is what I use for my students' daily organizational binder. I changed to a black and white theme in my classroom, with touches of aqua, so I created this to use. The acronym D.O.T. stands for: Daily Organizational Tool. Simply duplicate the cover as many times as you need to and type in your students' names. I slip that into the front of a binder with the plastic pocket on the front. I print out the rules and place that in the pocket on the back of the binder.
Use YOUR favorite font. I just used a basic elementary font, but you can use whatever font you like best. There are so many cute ones out there! :-)
I give my students a number, so I placed a number under the area for the name. This system works great and the children just love their special binders.
Inside the binder, I place a plastic pencil pouch for money/notes and 2 two pocket folders. One folder is for papers going back and forth. The other folder is for their homework.
You can also include papers in sleeves, such as calendars, homework schedules, etc. The possibilities are endless.
I hope you enjoy using this item. I have mine all printed out for the year!
