What educators are saying

Perfect visual schedule for my students to reference throughout the day. I also love that it is editable so I can change things year after year as our schedule changes.
I reference this every morning and my students can easily read it throughout the day. Helps us all know what is coming! I love how many options there were! Had everything we needed.

This Editable Visual Schedule kit helps you create a customized daily schedule for your classroom, individual students or homeschool. Creating a visual timetable helps kids, colleagues and families know what is happening each day and when. It's always been a MUST HAVE resource in my classroom!

What I love about this pack!

  • It includes matching teacher AND student labels (thanks to customer requests)
  • Over 150 editable labels to choose from
  • Printable clock cards
  • Storage printables and ideas
  • Sample daily schedules and editable schedule planners
  • Teachers have found it helpful to create distance learning schedules

Included in this pack:

  • 150+ Editable teacher labels
  • 150+ Editable student labels (match the teacher schedule)
  • The labels are divided into sections such as transitions / breaks, daily routines, subjects, activities, other (languages and religious education) and home routines
  • Editable time labels with clocks (15 minute increments from 7:00am to 8:30pm, plus blank ones for any other times)
  • Editable heading labels (e.g. Monday to Friday, student name cards)
  • Editable blank cards for any niche activities (you can add your own photos or clip art to these)
  • Editable home routine cards (combine them with the other cards to create a homeschool or distance learning schedule)
  • Sample daily schedules and editable schedule planners
  • Instructions with photos

  • The zip file contains three PDF documents and one editable PowerPoint file
  • When you open the editable PowerPoint file you'll need to click the box "Enable Editing" at the top so you can make changes to the text
  • Some of the labels can now be edited in the PDF file too
  • I used the Scholastic Daily Schedule Pocket Chart for my schedules
  • You can also display your schedule on a bulletin board (attach velcro) or whiteboard (attach magnetic tape)
  • There's a version with only blue borders, personally I prefer having a different color border for breaks and transitions. But it's up to you which you choose.

You can get some of the fonts I used here (free for personal use):
