EFL Write Right is a series of chapters to aid EFL/ESL learners of all ages in acquiring handwriting skills. The forming of letters, spelling, basic punctuation, and fundamental grammar issues are addressed in order to produce meaningful sentences and questions.
Chapter 10 - Possessive Adjectives (23 pages) firstly introduces the topic through pictures. Possessive adjectives are then combined with previously met nouns to form subject and object phrases (my book, his pen, etc). Once this concept has been grasped, possessive and demonstrative adjectives (Chapter 9) are combined to form verb 'to be' sentences. Once again, arrows and pictures are used. Ample opportunity to practice is again provided. As with each EFL Write Right chapter, several review exercises relating to the acquisition and spelling of the target vocabulary conclude this chapter.
