EFL Write Right is a series of chapters to aid EFL/ESL learners of all ages in acquiring handwriting skills. The forming of letters, spelling, basic punctuation, and fundamental grammar issues are addressed in order to produce meaningful sentences and questions.
Chapter 6 - Writing Present Simple Sentences with Singular and Plural Subjects (22 pages) introduces some simple verbs by using pictures. Writing sentences in the first and second person is addressed followed by the third person. Here, the addition of 's' to the verb is concentrated upon. Present Simple negative sentences are then looked at in detail to address all grammar and punctuation aspects. Ample opportunity to practice is provided. As with each EFL Write Right chapter, several review exercises relating to the acquisition and spelling of the target vocabulary conclude this chapter.
