This is the tenth installment of my daily visual bell ringer series in English Language Arts. The purpose of this product is to get the kids focused at the beginning of their ELA class and activate prior knowledge with visual cues. It is best that the students write each sentence and answer choice, and circle the best option while the teacher has the work showing on an active board. The student should keep their bell ringers in a daily journal or notebook. This can also be used as a pre-test or diagnostic to see what the students know.
This packet is mainly designed for level one, special needs, or ESOL/ESL/ELD students, but it can be used by all for review. There are 20 questions (4 per day) and an answer key. If you like this product, there are monthly bell ringer packs in my store.
The topics covered in this packet are writing, grammar, reading for information, spelling and reading for literature. Please check out the preview file for more details.
