The state of Georgia is moving toward a new teacher evaluation system. In the past all teachers have been required to have their own lesson plans. We now have to show how we differentiate for our students. This lesson plan template gives you a spot to list all of your ELL students under their tiers based on the results from the ACCESS test. There is a spot to check off which of the 4 domains (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are being used in the lesson. There is also a place to check which type of interaction is being used for the lesson (whole group, small group, partners, individual). There are sections the list the standards, vocabulary focused on during the lesson, how you differentiate, and content & language objectives with essential questions. ELL teachers at the local school each have 6 segments. The lesson plan is designed for each segment. There will be one lesson plan sheet for each segment thus giving you 6 sheets pre week.
