English language learners (ELLs) should be held to high expectations just like their monolingual peers. However, depending on the student’s language proficiency, these expectations vary.
This form is an easy to use reference sheet that allows you to share student language levels with other staff members in the building.
From a resource perspective, general education teachers and those that teach specials (PE, Music, Art, etc.) will find this useful. They are able to make accommodations and modify assignments as they see fit.
After printing, simply highlight the level of proficiency in each skill. Use student ACCESS™ scores for data. There is also space for student names.
