End Of The School Year Outstanding Student Award Certificates (With Animals) is as the thumbnail pictures and the title say a collection of certificates you can award to outstanding students. In this particular resource they are all of animals: the eager beaver, the American bison or buffalo, owls, deer, dinosaurs, horses, dogs, cats, bears, beavers, turtles, walruses, rabbits, and raccoons.
Although they are most typically to be presented at the end of the school year, there is no reason otherwise to preclude presentation at the end of a quarter or semester, or even at the time that you come to the conclusion due to some actions and other factors that you indeed do have cause to give the awards.
From my own experience and that of my wife who also taught, what works best is to show copies of the awards to the class(es) at the start of the year and also at the end of quarters as a way to whet the students appetites for success and to remind or motivate them to keep striving.
Besides which we ourselves (or at least those of us remembering back in time) were most likely all motivated by bright, colorful stars and similar awards for reading, being an outstanding student etc. And, of course, animals are beloved by those of all ages.
