In this activity, students are able to explore second and minutes. They collect data and record their information on a bar graph.
ENGAGE NY contains lots and lots of worksheets, which frankly bore me so I can only imagine how my students feel. I have transformed the Problem Set and the activities in the Concept Development into Activity Cards. Students are still completing the same task, however I have added that the students record their time on a bar graph. Then afterwards, students will use their bar graph to answer questions.
