Many of these items are also in MBA PART 1 but are needed here for the teacher who decides to purchase only MBA PART 2. HISTORY & DETAILS ABOUT PART 2:

MBA PART 2 is a more Advanced Level Entrepreneurial Experience for students that will enhance your CTE program and what you may have implemented in MBA PART 1. The acronym "MBA" represents three major factions of establishing any school discipline student business: MARKETING the business, creating/operating/(and in this case) liquidating a BUSINESS at the end of a specified timeframe, and handling the ACCOUNTING functions (financing the business). However, you have the option to rename your course to whatever fits your needs - it doesn't have to be "MBA".

The all-inclusive materials, samples, instructional tools, assessments, standards to be addressed and supported, E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G you need for instructional success, is all in place – YOU do the teaching and Education: Get Real!!! provides you with the “essentials.” You will serve as a facilitator and oversee the general operation and decisions made by the students in the operation of their business. You will incorporate a variety of instructional strategies (while addressing the National Standards) that can be incorporated into almost any CTE class or interdisciplinary setting (Business, Marketing, Art, Consumer & Family Studies, Economics, etc.). The amount of time you can devote to this unit/course depends upon your schedule and content taught. Students invest their time, energy, expertise, and $$$’s (they buy stock) in the business – decide on a product or product line – make management/operational decisions – operate and manage the business – and liquidate the business at the end of the allotted time. This is an experience that they will never forget since it mimics what they will one day encounter in the “Real World.” MBA provides students with learning experiences forever etched in their minds and they develop invaluable entrepreneurship skill sets that will last them a lifetime.

In MBA Part 2 students take on leadership roles of: CEO, CFO, and Vice Presidents of six divisions in the CORE business – Marketing, Finance, Production, Human Resources, and two more divisions are added: Public Relations/Legal Authority and Research and Development. Students create/operate/manage/liquidate a “CORE” (basic) business plus they have the opportunity to compete with other TEAM BUSINESSES -- that's what capitalism is all about! Part 2 is available in this BUNDLED form or it can be purchased in 4 Sections. Look closely at the PREVIEW for more details as to what is included in Part 2.
