====WHAT ARE WONDERFUL TEACHERS SAYING ABOUT ESCAPE THE SCHOOL?====

❤️ "This activity was GREAT! My kiddos really loved it. My kids were engaged, able to work as a team, and able to practice some skills! I had so many parents approach me and email me to tell me how much their child LOVED this activity."

❤️ "Without exaggeration every single student in my class was engaged, working as part of a team, being creative, having fun, learning about figurative language, working with numbers. Wow. Just wow!"

❤️ "Absolutely wonderful! The instructions are SO easy to follow and my students really enjoyed this escape room!"

❤️ "My students LOVED this. We did this today as one of our end of school activities. They were all engaged (something very hard to accomplish in the last 3 days of school). At the end, many of them begged to do another one tomorrow!!!"

=======WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS ESCAPE ROOM?=======

♦ At-a-glance instructions for easy setup.

♦ Escape the School video: optional introductory video to add atmosphere.

♦ A close reading bookmark that kids can still use after they finish the escape room.

♦ FOUR possible solutions, so if you have more than one class, you'll have no problem with kids telling others the answer. (We've even included a jigsaw option so that you can choose to have all of the kids work together to solve the puzzle at the end!)

♦ At-a-glance answers.

♦ Exit slips.

♦ Awards to celebrate a successful escape room adventure!

*NOTE: This resource was updated on 7/20/18. Please redownload for the additional content. :)

=======WHAT DO I HAVE TO SUPPLY?=======

All that is needed is a color printer and a few envelopes or folders.

Unlike other breakout activities, you don't have to go out and buy expensive locks and boxes, because we've included everything you need to print and go!

=======HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THIS ESCAPE ROOM?=======

Completing the entire escape room will probably take about 40-60 minutes, depending on how quickly the class is able to complete the activities.

Please Note: Students will not have to leave the room. This is NOT a scavenger hunt. It is also not completed in stations, so there is NO risk of students all bunching up at the same station.

* This escape room activity is perfect for kids in grades 5-8, but it is also appropriate for mid-late year 4th graders.

=======WHAT MAKES THIS ESCAPE ROOM SPECIAL?=======

Our ESCAPE ROOM activities are interactive and immersive. YOUR students are directly involved in the story. This is perfect to use for an observation, to set up for a substitute, to use as an end of the year activity, to use as a review, or to use on any day that you want to relax and watch your students have a blast AND learn together with a team!

☀️Additionally, every one of our ESCAPE ROOM activities includes different skills and solutions. There is no formula; therefore, there is no way for students to become bored.☀️
